Introduction to Affirmations

Affirmations are a powerful technique used by many to plant the seed in your mind and allows your subconscious mind to do its magic. (Which is why it's so important to stay positive.)

Some of my favourite affirmations for health are: 

  • I approve of myself

  • I love myself

  • I am capable

  • I am powerful

  • I am resourceful

  • I am strong

  • I am a goddess

  • I am beautiful 

This small list of affirmations goes a long way when you repeat them toward yourself on the daily.
